+Central location in Cebu +Large hotel with good build quality +Modern and clean rooms
-The Breakfast let the hotel down. Not enough good quality items. We asked for the eggs to be well cooked and they were still undercooked. When something ran out, there were lots of staff just stood around chatting not refilling items and we had to ask them to refill. -Meat options not good. Was more like lunch not a breakfast. -No tea provided, and terrible quality coffee. -No water was available.

Review of rooms 1715 & 1716
Amazing staff, clean rooms, good central location. You can get to the historical sights easily on foot. Shopping centres and shops around the corner. Well-organised breakfast and very nice FREE New Years Eve fireworks at the rooftop!
Just 2 lifts for such a big building. That means often stopping and the way up/down taking so much time sometimes. Hot water. Not every time you are lucky it is available and you have to take a cold shower. Air condition is a big hole in the wall with some unit inside which works as a ventilation as well, which is good but you hear all the noise from the street. I chose this hotel because it is central and has a rooftop swimming pool. Actually the swimming pool is really tiny and was always crowded (see the 1st photo). Apart from the 1st January, when there was very noisy and extremely loutish family of the pool guy (probably, see the 2nd photo) which got rid off all the visitors by screaming in the pool, jumping to the water, bothering other visitors and even squirting the water at them and out of the pool. If you are looking for a better pool, go for Maayo Hotel.

comfortable room central to bus station for onward travel
next to the bus station, comfortable bed and nice decor, great shower, appreciated the coffee kettle and water, good views
joined room with internal door - could hear next door room until late at night and early in the morning and just wasn’t keen on knowing there was a door to another room in our room
